As Needed Service

Call us when you need us, no matter what time it is or what day of the week and we’ll be there within 3 hours. We understand that your production time is your livelihood and we’ll be there to help you get back up and running. We service most makes of PLC, DCS, VFD and servos.

Service Agreements & Contracts

MPC Engineering and Controls will also set up a service agreement or contract with your organization to ensure that your system stays running. We’ll perform periodic maintenance checks as you specify, make repairs/adjustments when needed and help you with your migration path design to ensure that your components aren’t obsolete or difficult to replace or repair.

Remote Support

We can also install communication modules in your controls equipment that will allow our service engineers to remotely access your system for the fastest service possible. This remote access system gives us access to your equipment but not your company’s network, so your information remains secure.
